Processing Time for Ready-To-Wear Garments: 1-2 Days

USPS ($12.00): Our standard shipping is through USPS. We will ship using USPS Priority however any delays or problems with shipping will be up to USPS once your item has left our facility. USPS Priority ranges from 2-3 Days but due to COVID 19 some orders are subject to delays if any at all so we are setting our standard USPS at 3-10 Days. 

Couture Ready-To-Wear

Processing Time for Couture Ready-To-Wear Garments Labeled Pre Order: 3-4 weeks

Since most couture ready to wear garments are made one by one, and hand sewn to fit our customers specific size, height & shape; custom/couture orders labeled as preorder can take 3-4 weeks to be completed depending on the current volume of orders. After your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email/test stating that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. 

Please understand that once your order has left our facility it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS or FedEx). Any problems to arise while your order is in transit from us to you will be at the responsibility of the carrier (USPS or FedEx). Please contact the carrier for details. 

 REFUNDS: 

NO REFUNDS on Couture Ready-To-Wear items.

EXCHANGES:

Garments listed as Pre Order under Couture Ready-To-Wear can not be exchanged or refunded. Items not shown as Pre Order are allowed for exchanges. Please contact us via email before returning Couture items for an exchange to ensure we have requested change in stock.

Customers may contact us via email to discuss an exchange for a Pre Ordered item but please understand that an exchange of a Pre Order item can result in a restock fee and an additional 3-4 week wait time due to each Couture Ready-To-Wear item labeled as Pre Order are custom made at the time of order.

Exchanges can be made on our Womenswear/Footwear/Menswear/Bags for a different size as long as current stock last. Customers will have 15 days from delivery date for us to receive package in order to be considered for an exchange. If package is received after the 15 day period, customer's package will be returned to customer. We DO NOT cover return shipment cost.

When returning an item for an exchange, please be sure to include in package your Order Number and the size you are exchanging for. If your alternate size is out of stock you will be contacting to discuss an alternate garment.  

What to include in exchange packaging:

- Full Name

- Contact Number/Email

- Size You Are Exchanging For

*Shoes must be returned in a packaging. Shoe box is not packaging. If shoes are returned not in packaging they will be denied and sent back. 

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please submit photos or concerns to KenWhiteCollectionInfo@yahoo.com


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Since we do not have garments ready-made and every garment is custom made  one by one, and hand sewn to fit our customers specific size, height, color request ,and shape orders can take 2-4 weeks to be completed depending on the current volume of orders. After your order has been complete you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.

The sooner the better. Due to such a high volume in custom prom request, please set your consultation up at 2-3 months in advance to the date of your prom.  Click prom inquiry for details.

A consultation is a meeting between designer Ken White & the customer in which all details for a custom garment such as pricing, design, fabrics and measurements will be discussed.

Returns and exchanges

Due to every piece being custom made to the client's specific preferences and measurements all sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS,  NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES. However we will issue a total refund only if the customer receives the wrong color garment but we are not responsible if the color portrayed on you monitor screen is not exactly the same color in person. A refund will only be issued after the customer has provided photographed proof and we have confirmed it from our order records. If your order is damaged when order is received, please provide photographed proof to be considered for a possible exchange or refund. Please email any problems to KenWhiteCollectionInfo@yahoo.com.  We do offer (1) free alteration. Please email us at KenWhiteCollectionInfo@yahoo.com with your alterations request. Along with your request please provide your full name, a picture of the area that needs altering with garment on, and also a full body front and back photo with a detailed description of the alteration needed.

Cancellations

Due to each and every garment is custom made to the clients measurements and the materials used can not be reused after construction has begun, orders can not be cancelled after the order is placed.
