I understand and agree to all terms and conditions below.

I understand that this item is a “Pre Order” item with a Production Time of 3 to 6 Weeks depending on information given in the description of the item I am purchasing.

I understand that items marked with a 3 to 4 week or 4 to 6 week production time is not guaranteed to be completed in 3 or 4 weeks or 4 to 6 weeks but is guaranteed to be completed within 4 or 6 weeks.

I understand production time does not include shipping time and that the shipping I choose at checkout will be the time and method of shipping that my order will be shipped.

I understand the total time including shipping will be between 4.5 weeks if choosing an item with a 3-4 week production time or 6.5 weeks if choosing an item with a 4-6 week production time depending on the shipping method I have chosen and I am able to accept this timing.

I understand it is not Ken White Collection duty to meet my specific time if my time is under 4 weeks but it is the duty of Ken White Collection to meet its 4 week production time or best time possible as stated online.

I understand that my garment may or may not be completed in under 4 weeks but it is the duty of Ken White Collection to meet its 4 week production time from my order date.

I understand that if I have chosen the Installments option that I will be charged every 2 weeks for the remaining balance. If my remaining balance is not paid in full my garment will not ship. Garment will only ship if paid in full. (This does not apply for Shop Pay or Afterpay or any 3rd party finance company as these are 3rd party companies offered.) only for the Full Payment and Initial Payment option shown under each garment. 

I understand that deposits are Nonrefundable and are used to purchase materials and fabrics to create my specific garment.
